Specialising in laser cut Fashion Jewellery & Home Accessories.
Mostly cut from wood, sometimes perspex and stitch are added for surface pattern, colour and giving a handmade finish.
Inspired by a love of geometry, wildlife, nature, mixing materials and having that feeling you NEED to find that missing piece to finish your outfit or room.

When purchasing our products through this website the payment will be taken using Paypal as you go through the checkout procedure. You can make a payment through Paypal even if you don't have an account.
Special activities (ie workshops, taster sessions) will be quoted for and an order from clients would be expected confirming acceptance of the quote. In some cases a deposit maybe required and this maybe non-refundable if the session is cancelled through no fault of Rare Folk.
Each product is packaged slightly differently however all come with Rare Folk branded cardboard packaging.

Most of our items are made to order and are dispatched within 2-6 working days depending on the product.
If you need to receive your order sooner than the advertised time, it may be possible please email us to find out.
Some items will be stated in the product description as 'in stock' these will be dispatched by post, standard delivery, either the day of order or the next business day .
We ask customers to confirm their verbal orders by email to ensure the correct products and quantity are despatched if not using our web order facility.
An order confirmation will be emailed to you. Please check and let us know if an error has been made as soon as you receive the confirmation. If we have mis-interrupted your instructions and a products is made you may be charged.
Custom made designs will be despatched as per the order confirmation.
A deposit may be required for orders over £100 and despatch maybe made by special delivery. This cost will be added to the invoice.
Unfortunately we are unable to change shipping details once an order has been placed.
All goods and services comply with legislation applicable on the day of order ie Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Your items will be packaged for delivery with bubblewrap to help protect it to safely make it through the post to it owner. However unforseen circumstances may occur that means your order is damaged if this occurs please email us to see if we can help at .

Please be aware these are estimated guidelines for delivery time only. For unforseen reasons items may get held up through the postal system.
If you have chosen a signed for or tracked service, we will include a tracking number in your dispatched email.
If you are a international customer outside the EU, please be aware we ship from the UK so therefore you will be responsible for any customs charges.
If your order has not arrived within the times allocated above, please get in email us at and we will investigate your concerns further and send replacements if necessary.
We recommend choosing a tracked method of shipping especially during the Christmas period.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you’re satisfied with your purchase however sometimes this may not be the case. If so simply send your item/s back to us within 14 days and choose a refund or exchange. Please email us first on to let us know your reasons and whether you choice of refund or an exchange. However for hygiene reasons earrings can not be returned.
When returning please make sure the items are unworn, in their original packaging and packaged carefully so they don’t get damaged during their journey. Unfortunately we cannot cover any return postal costs unless the item is faulty.
